These Terms govern your access to and use of AccuNums (the “Service”), including the website, dashboard, and API.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, accessing the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AccuNums provides a caller identification and enrichment API primarily focused on Egyptian phone numbers. API responses may include labels (e.g., business name), and may include enrichment fields such as name and email when available. Results are provided “as-is” and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect (see Section 12).

We own the Service, including its software, APIs, designs, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. API RESULTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR OUTDATED INFORMATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCUNUMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCUNUMS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AccuNums harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content/data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
