These Terms govern your access to and use of AccuNums (the “Service”), including the website, dashboard, and API.
1) Who we are

2) Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing credits, accessing the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3) The Service
AccuNums provides a caller identification and enrichment API primarily focused on Egyptian phone numbers. API responses may include labels (e.g., business name), and may include enrichment fields such as name and email when available. Results are provided “as-is” and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect (see Section 12).
4) Accounts, API keys, and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your API keys confidential.
- Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account or API keys were compromised.
5) Credits, billing, and payments
- Usage is measured in credits (e.g.,
1 credit = 1 lookup), unless stated otherwise in your plan. - Credits are added when you purchase them and (as advertised) do not expire unless we state otherwise in writing.
- Prices, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your location and payment method. Calculated at the time of purchase.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
6) Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
7) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service for harassment, stalking, threats, or doxxing, or to facilitate fraud or spam.
- Use the Service to make decisions about a person’s eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar high-impact decisions.
- Use the Service to build, scrape, or assemble a competing database, or to resell/redistribute raw results at scale.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; bypass rate limits; or interfere with normal operation.
- Query phone numbers you do not have a lawful right to process.
- Misrepresent the Service’s results as verified or guaranteed.
8) Your compliance responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Service, including privacy and telecommunications rules. Where required, you must obtain any necessary notices and consents from end users before processing their data or using caller ID enrichment.
9) Rate limits, throttling, and changes
We may apply rate limits, throttling, usage caps, or other technical restrictions to protect the Service and users. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
10) Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, APIs, designs, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
11) Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. API RESULTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR OUTDATED INFORMATION.
13) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCUNUMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCUNUMS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AccuNums harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content/data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
